Cancellation policy

Refund Policy, Cancellations & Cooling-Off Period

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase to cancel for a full refund, unless you have already accessed revision resources/membership materials or live sessions.
Once you access digital content or attend live sessions within this 14-day period, you waive your right to a refund.
Refunds will not be given for downloadable or accessed resources.
If you wish to cancel, it is your responsibility to do so at least 48 hours before the next billing date. No refunds are given if a payment is taken before cancellation.

Cancelling Your Subscription: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but payments already made are non-refundable. To cancel, please use the link in your account or email rhi@psychologywithrhi.com at least 48 hours prior to your renewal date.
Tutor Cancellation: If Rhi is unable to deliver a live session due to unforeseen circumstances, emergencies or illness, she will endeavour to give as much notice as possible and the session will be rescheduled and/or an alternative (e.g. a recorded session) will be provided at a later date.
- Whilst Rhi will do everything she can to ensure all students can attend, if the rescheduled date isn't convenient, you will still be able to access the recording of the session and contact Rhi as normal for support.
